- 徵選活動係以十二年國教課程綱要海洋教育議題之學習主題「海洋文化」為主題，共評選出國小組 23 件、國中組 18 件、高中職組 18 件及大專組 8 件得獎作品，作品可參考： https://tmec.ntou.edu.tw/p/412-1016-6737.php?Lang=zh-tw 。
- 為提升群眾對臺灣各地海洋文化特色之了解，並使更多師生及民眾欣賞優良海洋文化創作詩作，將以分組分區形式至全國各地進行教育推廣，使有志於以文學藝術形式之多元管道推動海洋教育者與純粹享受閱讀樂趣受眾者皆有所收穫，落實提升全民海洋素養政策，以逐漸達成海洋生活化之理想。本次除全國巡迴特展，將辦理 2 場「海洋詩創作分享座談會」，邀請得獎師生進行詩作賞析，並分享如何透過教學實踐歷程帶領並指導學生進行創作，有關全國巡
